Rude behaviour is not tolerated and the service will be cancelled if it occurs.

I reserve the right to decline any order without any obligation to provide a reason.

I am a slow working artist. I struggle with certain conditions and mental disorders which makes it difficult to focus for an extended time—additionally my motivation varies greatly. You can expect wait time to be between 2 weeks to 3 months, however I usually deliver within the 2 week’s time.

You are strictly prohibited from using my art in AI programs, bitcoin, NFT or crypto currency. You cannot claim my work as your own either.

Do not complain about the pricing if it is not within your budget. It is unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable to me.

Do not rush me! Asking for WIP’s and updates are okay within sense, but not daily. Additionally, you will be informed if anything should slow down the initial estimated delivery.

I only accept EURO currency.

Payment is upfront, no exceptions. - At least full payment must be made before I work past the sketch stage. If paying with PayPal it is via invoice! So do NOT send me any money before we’ve established your order and I’ve secured you slot. Additionally, if you do not have PayPal— payment through Artistree.io, V-Gen, Stripe or KoFi is a-okay too.

Payment plans are only available for more expensive orders and reserved for returning, or trusted customers.

If you’re paying through PayPal please be aware that due their horrid fees they charge me with, I will always add +5€ on top of the base prices under 40€ - anything above 40€ will get +7€ added on top of the base price I will discuss this with you beforehand.

Refunds are only applicable if I somehow cannot finish your order. If this should occur you will receive a full refund!

To order a commission, you must contact me via Instagram—there, I can provide you with my Discord for alternative communication option.

The communication process will be held through Discord or Instagram, however files such as character references will have optimal quality via Discord—it is up to you though.

I do not work on comms during weekends [Saturday, Sunday]. I’d prefer if you do not ask me about your order process on these days unless we have a different agreement.

All sales are final. You cannot receive refund of a finished commission or a sold adoptable.

All of my work is digital only. High resolution will be provided to you through email or Discord. There is no physical product.

You’re not allowed to re-upload my work anywhere with the exception of TOY.HOUSE. Giving credit is a must. For artwork, please credit my main profile (@WolfieYote). For designs and bases, credit my alt account (@WolfieYote_alt)

Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise any parts of the image for personal profit (e.g. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically).

Personal use of the artwork is always allowed— e.g. printing it to hang up on your wall, using it as a profile picture etc…as long as credit is given and no profit is made from it. If you are unsure, always feel free to ask :>

The produced artwork holds its value and IS NOT made more expensive over time.

Gifts, trades or free art cannot be used to increase the monetary value / price of your character or design/adopt.

You are NOT allowed to remove my signature or watermark. Also I, WolfieYote, claim the rights to the produced illustration, not the customer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
